FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CLASS
Functional training is a type of workout where through the different exercises we train the body for the activities performed in daily life.
This type of training is suitable for everybody, with adjustments in exercises, and it’s beneficial in weight management, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular and muscle endurance.
Each session contains different exercises and we train full body.
Class lasts 60 minutes : 10min of warming up, 40min of workout, 10 min of cooling down (static stretch)
STRENGTHENING TRAINING CLASS
Strengthening training is a type of workout that involves any exercise where you are working against resistance to develop the strength and endurance of the muscle groups and also to define and tone the muscles.
This training is suitable for young adults and older.
Exercises involve different resistance equipment and we cover per class lover body and lower back , upper body and core.
Class lasts 60 minutes : 10min of warming up, 40min of workout, 10 min of cooling down (static)
